Our Guest Experience team in Adelaide are excited to welcome a new Guest Experience Consultant to our vibrant and professional team at our new Festival Tower location. This is a full time, permanent position working Monday to Friday in our Adelaide office.

 

What will your typical day look like?  
As a Guest Experience Consultant, you’ll play a key role in delivering premium experiences for our clients and internal teams. Your day will be diverse and hands-on -- from servicing our meeting rooms, to preparing and refreshing event spaces, crafting quality coffee, and delivering professional food and wine service.

You’ll be trained to confidently manage booking enquiries in person, over the phone, and via email—including monitoring the Guest Experience mailbox. Often the first point of contact, you’ll be expected to anticipate guest needs, resolve issues promptly, and provide service that is consistently warm, professional, and personable. 

 

Collaboration is key in this role—you’ll work closely with internal teams such as Workplace, AV Solutions, and the EA/PA community to deliver seamless, high-impact experiences. Your insights and feedback will help us continuously enhance our service and shape the future of guest experience at Deloitte.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the daily operations of the client floor, ensuring all spaces are presentation-ready and operating smoothly.
  • Catering to boardrooms, events, and functions, and supporting set-up and room refresh throughout the day.
  • Delivering premium service, including food and beverage handling, barista-made coffee, and professional table service.
  • Greeting guests at the Welcome Desk, providing guidance and assistance with professionalism and warmth.
  • Ensuring safety procedures and security protocols are always followed.
  • Supporting the Team Leads with daily tasks and operational duties.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for guests, confidently directing them to amenities and building services when required.

 

About the team 
Our Adelaide Guest Experience team, are a small but dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional service to Partners, VIPs, and business units alike.  You will be joining a highly engaged team with a reputation for providing the highest level of corporate hospitality service to Deloitte’s clients and staff. The Guest Experience team works together to provide mutual support through flexibility, sharing of tasks and respect for each other. As with the best hospitality teams, we work hard to exceptional standards but enjoy what we do.

You are someone with a passion for exceptional customer service and treating others with empathy, care, and respect. You are an organised and confident individual who will provide exceptional first impressions of the Deloitte brand and reputation.
Additionally you have:

  • Relevant experience in Hospitality, Concierge or Front of house positions
  • A desire to work in hospitality, events, or guest services, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
  • A confident communicator with the confidence to engage with clients, guests, and internal stakeholders.
  • The ability to work independently, juggle multiple priorities, and remain calm under pressure.
  • A solutions-focused mindset, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Barista skills desired but not compulsory – training will be provided
