Support some of Australia's biggest infrastructure and public sector projects from the strategy stage through to delivery.
-
A permanent role, a national cohort, and real responsibility from day one.
-
Take on complex problems that stretch your thinking beyond what you learned in the classroom

What will your typical day look like?
Day to day, you'll be working on projects that help governments and major stakeholders assess, shape and deliver infrastructure and public service outcomes. As a Graduate in the Strategy & Commercial Advisory team, you'll:
-
Support business case development, options analysis and project feasibility work for major infrastructure and public service projects
-
Contribute to commercial advisory work, including procurement strategy, contract design, risk allocation and financial analysis
-
Research policy, market and project data, then turn your findings into clear written insights and client-ready presentations
As well as learning in the flow of work, you'll also be part of our firm-wide Graduate Program. You'll have a permanent, full-time role from day one, with structured learning, real-world client work, and hands-on projects to build your career. You'll be supported by a dedicated buddy and coach, with flexible work options and wellbeing support as you grow.
