What will your typical day look like?

The role is not your average A&A Senior Analyst or Manager role as your clients will be your team. Your day to day will be 100% dedicated to coaching and supporting small teams of Graduates in our newly formed Skills Academy.


Located in Adelaide, our Skills Academy is focused on developing auditors of the future. It will provide a market leading foundation in audit quality through immersive training in core audit and business fundamentals, supported by the People Manager role.


About the team 

Our Adelaide A&A team are offering a unique opportunity for either a Senior Analyst or Manager to take on a newly created People Manager role. The role offers the perfect opportunity to step back from a client facing role performing audit work and hone your coaching and people management skills. The Manager will also help to provide services relating to compliance-based financial reporting, auditing and information systems audits to our clients.

You are someone with:  

  • Strong people management and coaching skills
  • Experience in external audit core fundamentals
  • Experience with finance systems, and leading a team
  • Strong experience in delivering finance-related projects
  • Working knowledge of tax and business cycle controls
