Our Technology Strategy & Transformation (TS&T) team, is at the forefront of technology and innovation to help our clients imagine their business, solve the most complex business and technology problems and help them accelerate their transformational journey. We are currently hiring Consultant / Senior Consultant levels within our Public Sector and Financial Services practice in Adelaide for the following areas of expertise:

  • IT Project Management Office
  • IT Program Integration including project management and technology enabled transformation delivery.

Supported with comprehensive training, our tech advisors have a strong foundation in technology and tools that allow us to radically improve and transform the way our clients work and make an impact in their markets. As a Consultant / Senior Consultant expect to:

 

 

About the team

Our dynamic Adelaide team sits as part of a connected national and APAC team. It is responsible for answering the most challenging client problems: how can Technology strategy enable a business to deliver outcomes; how do we select and design technology to enable growth; how do we structure their enterprise and domain architecture functions; how to solve complex business and technology problems; and how to execute technology-led transformations. By joining our team you gain access to a network of local and global experts to answer our client’s problems and to grow you as a professional.

 

Enough about us, let’s talk about you.

You are someone with 2-10 years' experience in a client facing/advisory role, either in-house or in a Consulting environment, in one or more of the following areas:

  • Experience working large-scale transformation projects with the ability to drive change, analyse and resolve risks and issues and manage tight deadlines
  • Demonstrated experience in program and project management, including establishing project management functions, collaborating with multidisciplinary project teams, agile delivery and delivering effective solutions and strategies, frameworks or tools for use at an organization-wide level
  • Demonstrated strong client engagement skills, with experience of working with executives, building trusted relationships and managing scope and client expectations
  • Strong sense of team
  • Proven track record in navigating through complex organizations, and with strong influencing skills to drive initiatives through to their successful conclusion
  • Ability to relate business problems to the technology teams and communicate how technology provides business solutions
  • Experience delivering high quality, creative and insightful technology advice and deliverables
  • Ability to work under changing conditions and with tight deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to and collaborate with project leadership
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
  • Certification or experience applying Scrum master, SAFe, PRINCE2 or equivalent methodologies (preferred).
