We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to join the SANTAS (South Australia, Northern Territory, Tasmania) team based in Adelaide! This is a permanent opportunity to make a meaningful impact, contribute to major opportunities, and set Deloitte apart in the market. 

What will your typical day look like? 

Working closely with the SANTAS Office Managing Partner (OMP), you will have full autonomy to manage your workload effectively. Strong organisational skills are the key to the success in this position; you will be juggling multiple priorities and stakeholder relationships and be liaising at the highest level. You will be involved in all aspects of the OMP’s and Partner group remit and have the opportunity to participate and contribute as a highly valued member of the team. This is a strategic, fast paced, and highly visible role. It is paramount that you are confident, proactive, calm under pressure and able to pre-empt unexpected requirements.

You may have all or some of the following skills/experience:

  • Lead end-to-end coordination of internal and external events (e.g. Partner Connect lunches, Partner Meetings, activations, client events).
  • Work closely with the Relationships team, Comms, Guest Experience, and others to deliver impactful, high-quality events.
  • Influence event agendas to reflect business priorities.
  • Ensure all logistics—from invitations to catering—are managed seamlessly.
  • Manage calendar with precision—prioritise client focus, travel, and high-value activities.
  • Handle expense management and ensure accurate reconciliation.
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations and visuals as needed.
  • Provide briefing and background notes for all key meetings.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders and ensure calendar coordination is seamless.
  • Prepare professional level presentations
  • High level of attention to detail, and have a proactive approach to your work
  • Strong project management and organisation skills
  • Positive approach to dealing with and responding to complex challenges as they arrive
  • Contribute to a collaborative culture across the Assistant Community and more broadly across the office
  • Update Deloitte systems and databases to maintain accurate records
  • Will complete all required timesheets and expenses
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively present, facilitate workshops, and engage stakeholders at all level
  • Outstanding executive-level stakeholder management skills, with a focus on building relationships, influencing decisions, and fostering collaboration across teams
