What will your typical day look like?
Focused on the Adelaide market and working with leaders from across the Deloitte network, you will be responsible for bringing the best of the global and national capability, to deliver the best solutions to our clients and opportunities to our people. Your passion for developing meaningful relationships with our network of talented specialists and a broad ranging client base, will be core to the success of any individual in this role.

 

As a Senior Data and AI Leader, you will drive the development and execution of our AI and data strategy, leading a team of experts to deliver transformative solutions. You will be instrumental in shaping our data architecture and AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with the broader business goals.  In this role, you will:
•    Lead and manage a team of data scientists, AI engineers, and data analysts to deliver innovative AI and data solutions
•    Oversee the design, implementation and maintenance of scalable data architectures and AI models
•    Collaborate with senior stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging AI and data to drive business value
•    Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on AI and data-related matters
•    Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, while meeting the highest standards of quality
•    Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within your team, providing mentorship and career development opportunities

 

Key Responsibilities:
•    Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the AI and data strategy in line with organizational objectives
•    Project Management: Manage project lifecycles, including scoping, planning, budgeting and risk management
•    Solution Architecture: Lead the design and implementation of robust data architectures and AI solutions
•    Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including proposal development and client presentations
•    Team Development: Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment
•    Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions
