About the team
Our Technology, Strategy & Transformation (TS&T) practice sits as part of a connected national and APAC team. It is responsible for answering the most challenging client problems: how can technology strategy enable a business to deliver outcomes; how do we select and design technology to enable growth; how do we structure enterprise and domain architecture functions; how to solve complex business and technology problems; and how to execute technology-led transformations. By joining our team, you gain access to a network of local and global experts to answer our client’s problems and to grow as a professional.
The Opportunity
Our TS&T team is at the forefront of technology and innovation to help our clients imagine their business, solve the most complex business and technology problems and help them accelerate their transformational journey. We are currently hiring at the Consultant level within our growing practice in Adelaide for the following areas of expertise:
- Project and Program Delivery and Assurance
- Business-Led Technology Strategy and Business Case Development
- IT Operating Model Transformation
- Enterprise Design combining Enterprise Architecture, Service Design and Human Centred Design techniques
What will your typical day look like?
No two days are the same in our Tech Strategy & Transformation team. You’ll work across different clients and industries, learning fast and building real-world experience along the way.
As a Consultant, you can expect to:
- Work with clients to understand problems and provide practical recommendations
- Help identify how technology and innovation can improve business outcomes
- Support the creation of presentations, business cases, and transformation plans
- Collaborate with teams across Deloitte (e.g. cloud, engineering, cyber)
- Learn and apply modern tools and delivery methods
- Contribute to solution design and basic architecture work
- Support delivery through project coordination and implementation activities
Enough about us, let’s talk about you.
You have around 2–3 years of experience in a client-facing or consulting-style role. You’re comfortable working with both business and technical teams and are keen to grow your career in technology.
You might have experience in some of the areas below:

Experience supporting or contributing to projects or programs in a client-facing or advisory role (in-house or consulting), across areas such as strategy and planning, governance, process optimisation, procurement, engineering, or business case development

Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking, with the ability to break down complex challengesClear communication skills, with the confidence to present ideas to team members and contribute in client discussions

Exposure to strategy, business cases, operating models, or transformation initiatives

Ability to support delivery of workstreams, from understanding client problems through to developing solutions

Interest in working on large, complex transformation programs, with exposure to both strategy and delivery

Strong collaboration mindset, with curiosity and a willingness to learn and grow in a team environment

Motivation to contribute beyond project work, including supporting team initiatives and building Deloitte’s practice
